The flowers were okay but this was by far the worst service I have witnessed. There was a funeral in my family and I ordered a white cross with red roses week and a half in advance. The ordering process was easy, however, I never received any confirmation or receipt even though it was promised. The flowers were supposed to be set up before the funeral service around 8:00 am. They did not arrive until 10:30 am during funeral mass. My flowers were missing the ribbon, instead they added a small bouquet card that they hand wrote inside the church. Even worse, the stand they brought with them snapped 2 minutes after they set the flowers up. Grieving family members had to get up during mass and clean up the mess. This experience left a certain bad taste.

We had my grandfather’s funeral service on April 24, and unfortunately our experience with the florist added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. The florals were scheduled to be delivered at 8:00 AM. We entered the church for the viewing and service at 9:30 AM, and there were still no florals set up. We had to call to ask where they were, and were told there was a delay due to a tire issue. While delays can happen, what was frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one reached out to inform us, knowing the viewing and service were starting at 9:30 AM. They didn’t arrive until 10:25 AM, well after the service had already begun and while the casket was open. The setup happened in the middle of the service, which was disruptive and upsetting for our family. Additionally, the team arrived in colorful workout attire, which felt inappropriate for a funeral setting. The stands they brought were flimsy and unable to properly support the arrangements, making the setup look unstable and poorly prepared. Guests had to support. This flower shop is the best. LiLi is very artistic when it comes to decorating and designing fresh flowers. The arrangements are always beautiful and high quality. They also have the best prices in town for sure. Very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

They were amazing and very helpful. I got scammed at a different florist and he was able to resolve my problem even though it was literally last minute and make it with the delivery on time for the funeral service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! WARNING!! THE WORSE FLOWER SHOP EVER!! I placed an order for my Dads celebration of life. It was an arrangement where we could place his urn for this event. We placed order on Thursday the lady who took our order reassured us it would be ready by Sunday @ 10 am in time for the service mind you I had taken my Mother with me so that she could choose the flowers she wanted for my dad. Fast forward. I show up on Sunday at 10 am to pick up arrangement for my Dad and the lady there had no idea what I was talking about. I almost panicked. She was making calls trying to get a hold of some lady by the name of Lily. Good thing I had my paper for the order and receipt as I had already payed for flowers. She then put Lily on the phone who assured me she could have arrangement done in 15 mins!! What!? 15 mins ?? This was a $185 arrangement that was supposed to be made with love for my Dads services. This was an arrangement that was promised and payed for. Not something that could be rushed in 15 mins. I agreed to still have it made as I needed it for my Dads urn and wanted his memorial to be special. Then they told me I had to pick it up at another location a different fl
